Glamour arrived at the doors of the Bridgetown Social Club this weekend as the community gathered to celebrate in style and raise money for CCPA.

Local ladies Marie Edmead, Maureen Bryan and friends put in the long hours to organise a night of glitz and glamour so that the community could come together and celebrate in style.
After a few drinks, the evening began with a beautiful 3-course meal and we’re certain there must have been something in the water that night because the charity auction that followed dinner was supported with such enthusiasm as the guests drove each bid higher and higher!

After the prize raffle tickets were drawn, the room filled with music and dancing as ‘Soul’d Out’, an incredible 11-piece soul band, made sure that everyone left at the end of the night with tired feet, danced-out but happy.
The night was filled with fun from start to finish, guests took home goody bags stuffed with items from generous sponsors and donors and thanks to a huge amount of generosity from everyone a staggering £7,512.38 was raised!
We can’t thank Marie and Maureen enough for inviting us to attend this special night and to share the CCPA story to all of your wonderful guests.
