Cold Water Plunge Challenge

Rachael and the CCPA Team are taking part in a cold-water plunge to help raise funds for our families.

Join us at the beautiful Whitmore Lakes for a bracing dip that will wake up your body and improve your mood. Our friends at Whitmore Lakes have created a stunning location for everyone to enjoy the freedom of wild swimming, kayaking and stand up paddleboarding.

We’ll be there for a plunge into the serene waters of ‘Swan’ lake before retiring to the Cake Shack Café for a steaming hot cuppa, an oat cake and a nice slice of something sweet.

We will be joined by an experienced wild-swimming, qualified paramedic to safely guide any uncertain or curious beginners so that everyone gets to experience the buzz of this invigorating activity that soothes your mind, body and soul!
